This is our highest-end course, where you can enjoy a luxurious selection of Wagyu beef, mainly our A5-ranked Hida beef.The menu is packed with eight dishes, including melt-in-your-mouth Wagyu rib roast, premium Wagyu fillet, and refreshing grilled shabu-shabu.You can also enjoy other dishes besides yakiniku, such as seared beef tongue.For special occasions, we also recommend the meat cake and special dessert plate options.
